michael-mckeaigeThis marks the inaugural edition of the company’s monthly Employee Spotlight where we profile a high achieving and exceptionally dedicated member of the Outsource team. Because of the remarkable success he has had in the Atlanta market, we are proud to select Michael Mckeaige as our April profile.

Michael is originally from Las Vegas and has been with Outsource for over a year. He also spent summers interning in the Los Angeles office as a recruiter. Today, Michael serves as a Business Development Manager in Atlanta where he was initially given the responsibility of growing the electrical side of the company’s business.

Michael says, “When I first got to Atlanta, we mainly covered low voltage and building integration. We only had two electricians on board. After digging in, learning the ropes, and with the support of our executives, management, and my Atlanta team members, we’ve been able to also become a thriving electrical branch. Outsource has become a player in the Atlanta market.”

Michael estimates that he now has anywhere from 50 to 60 people working every day, with more calls coming in all the time. He is quick to point out those who have helped and supported him to get the business where it is today: “Matt Lechner coached me through the early stages and upper management always goes above and beyond to help us out. Outsource really goes to bat for their employees.”

When Michael isn’t on the road covering the Atlanta market, he likes to play golf and watch baseball. Living on the Chattahoochee River, he takes full advantage of life on the water, including kayaking, fishing, and grilling outdoors.

When asked what it takes to have a successful career at Outsource he says, “I’m a competitive guy and you have to be if you want to succeed in this business. You have to do whatever it takes to get a job done. That being said, there are a lot of moving parts and the success we’ve seen in Atlanta is definitely a team effort and a testament to how well our office works together.”
