About Lorraine
Lorraine Sepulveda has been at Outsource for 3 years and she truly loves it. She began as a temp, was then asked to stay as a Payroll Specialist stand-in and worked very hard to earn a promotion to a Field Coordinator. Since then, her ability to improve the process and take on a leadership role amongst her peers has translated into her current role of Manager of Field Coordinators. She is always open to new ideas, stays positive, motivated and is always willing to help others.
If you could go on a road trip with anyone (dead or alive) anywhere, who would you choose and where would you go?
I would go on a ride with Sandy D. & Danny Zuko inside of the “grease lightning” car and go to a Ridell high football game. I’ve seen the movie “Grease” more times than I can count. I’ve always secretly wished that i could’ve been their friends and gone in a ride in that car with them. #Agirlcandream
If you could only eat three foods a day, what would they be?
I would eat roasted red pepper hummus, broccoli and grilled chicken. I don’t think I could ever get tired of those 3 items.
Favorite things to do away from the office?
Being outdoors! I love exploring nature and taking walks to enjoy the beautiful California weather. I like to get in the car and go for a drive with no plans or a map (although sometimes i use my GPS to find my way home lol). But, the most fun way to spend my time is to hang out with my wild and wonderful family.
What is your favorite holiday and why?
Christmas.. Cliche, I know I know, but it really is my favorite. The decorations, the Christmas spirit, the Christmas Caroling and of course the music. I look forward to it ever year!
Favorite High School Subject?
History. I’ve always been really captivated by history. Learning about how whole countries and people survived through different situations and how different things were in comparison to now. I’m always inspired when i learn about all these different people from all different countries who worked hard. People who didn’t take “No” for an answer but fought to create the life that they wanted. So to answer the question: I guess the reason that I like history so much is because it always encourages me.
Most hated Chore that you’re responsible for at home?
Most hated chore at home: I am and will always be the “baby girl” in my family.. So co’mon now… I hate all chores! If I had to single one out, I guess i’d have to say: cleaning window sills. Everyone’s gotta do it but man oh man is it brutal. It usually takes hours and once I get started I end up cleaning the blinds too and everything else around. I dread it every timek.
