SUMMARY

Responsible for the Payroll related tasks of the technicians at a local level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Prints out and processes all technician timecards and prepares them for processing
  • Creates, updates and implements the use of the Missing Time Card Report
  • Sends timecards to clients for approval
  • Enters timecards into payroll software
  • Creates invoices, sorts and sends to appropriate clients
  • Analyzes and corrects payroll issues such as: stop payments, short payments, and missing timecards
  • Builds relationships with Recruiters and Technicians to collaboratively solve payroll questions, comments and concerns
  • Works with Credit and Collections to assure accuracy of client invoices
  • Assists Field Coordinators with payroll issues (i.e. payroll retraction forms)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or recent military experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in related field
  • Internship or prior work experience in payroll, customer service, or date entry preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
