Outsource is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our fast-growing team! This individual is to be highly organized and motivated to succeed in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.

This is a high energy and entrepreneurial environment.  The company operates in multiple states and has 17 locations. The corporate headquarters are based in El Segundo, California.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Enhance the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state and local laws.
  • Develop and update personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees to coach and discipline employees, scheduling conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain employee benefit programs, keep employee records, establish and implement policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and maintain the processes and metrics that support the achievement of the company’s business goals.
  • Development and leadership of the Human Resources department (2-3 employees).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience
  • Proficient in a Windows environment including the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, rules and regulations
