ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsible for preparing and processing weekly payroll for 200+ internal employees using Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Review and ensure accuracy of hourly employee timesheets, salary employee commission and bonus payouts
  • Perform filing and upkeep of employee payroll records
  • Provide time and attendance support to internal managers
  • Assist internal managers and employees with questions related to internal payroll issues
  • Generate and prepare payroll reports in Excel

  • Finance degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • 3 - 5 years of payroll experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated, must be able to work independently, goal oriented and people oriented
  • Strong systems and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in grammar and professionalism
  • Must meet deadlines and have ability to set priorities in fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.


Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
